Yet many people still face barriers to preventive cardiovascular screening and health education, increasing the likelihood that risks go unrecognized until more serious health problems develop.

These challenges can be especially significant in underserved communities, where access to preventive services and early detection may be limited. In the United States and communities across Africa, improving access to prevention and health education can play an important role in reducing cardiovascular health disparities.

That is where WellSpring Health Outreach steps in. We bring preventive cardiovascular screenings and practical health education directly to communities, helping individuals better understand their risks and take informed steps to protect their long-term health.

Through community-based screening, education, and connections to appropriate follow-up care, we are working to make prevention more accessible and build a stronger culture of cardiovascular health, one community at a time.

In 2026, our cardiovascular outreach in Nigeria provided screening and health education to over 400 individuals across multiple community locations. Building on that impact, we are continuing our efforts to expand access to preventive cardiovascular services in communities in the United States and Africa.
